Why?

My name's Maya and I'm currently studying in Amsterdam. I just started living on my own and quite honestly, I thought I would die without my mother's cooking.

Surprisingly though, I find that I can fend for myself.

I am developing a love for cooking. I enjoy cooking different things and I love spending time in the kitchen. Going to the grocery is always an adventure and always a pleasure.

Most of the things I cook are really simple and easy. I thought maybe other college students with little time could use some of my recipes. They're quite tasty :)
